This Capitol Hill retail renovation project helped Everyday Music locate to the same refurbished building that also houses the Elliott Bay Book Company. The upgraded space preserved historic timbers and enhanced the craftsmanship to revitalize this building and neighborhood.  The building’s renovation included hazardous material abatement, ADA upgrades, a seismic upgrade, and restoration of the existing floors and historic timbers.
