Zoom+Care Edmonds

Zoom+Care Edmonds is the first of Zoom’s Northwest clinics to feature an X-ray room, which alleviates stress on area hospitals, as it allows patients to avoid going to the hospital for an X-ray. This became especially important at the time of completion, which coincided with the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The clinic is approximately 1,950 SF and includes four universal care rooms and a pharmacy.

The biggest challenge was adding the X-ray room to the scope of work mid-project when the construction schedule was already aggressive. Despite this major change, our team, the client, and subcontractors worked together diligently and quickly. We completed the work, adding only a few days to the original completion date and just in time for the client to become part of frontline care when the COVID-19 pandemic began.
