Andrew's Glen

Andrew’s Glen includes 41 units of transitional housing, including housing allocated for veterans. The project was built under Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards and includes three stories of wood frame apartments over one level of parking. Built on a steep site that had been used as a terraced parking lot, site work also included large retaining walls. The site was shared with a church and a thrift store, so construction access and staging were carefully coordinated around those shared uses.
