After 40 years in its original location, Youth Eastside Services built a new 20,859 SF headquarters that more than doubled the size of their old building. The behavioral health services community organization provides counseling, mentoring, violence prevention, treatment for sexual abuse and substance abuse, along with other services for at-risk youth and their families, both school-based and in their facility.
The two-story building accommodates office, counseling spaces, meeting rooms, and other administrative functions. Our careful preconstruction planning and cost control kept the project on track, maximizing the project scope for available funds.
Exterior finishes include cementitious siding, concrete masonry units, and metal roof panels. The interior features a two-story entry lobby with exposed trusses and exposed wood deck and a massive CMU feature wall.
