UW Housing and Food Services Offices

The University’s HFS offices were built out within the new Maple & Terry Halls student housing complex. The space, which encompasses two lower floors in Terry Hall, was finished ahead of the completion of the rest of the project to meet HFS’s internal move dates.

The biggest hurdle was working with multiple jurisdictional inspectors to bring the early occupancy plan to fruition. Through tight coordination, phased scheduling and the cooperation of the entire team, we were able to complete the two levels of offices for HFS occupancy months ahead of the fall quarter completion of the rest of the project.
