Brix Wine Café

The Brix Wine Café project involved the buildout of a wine bar in a new, mixed-use apartment community, also built by W.G. Clark. The project required special coordination between the tenant and the building owner, as work was performed concurrently under two contracts. 

The Brix project broke ground weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the area and shut down the project. W.G. Clark adapted quickly and worked diligently with the owners and subcontractors to implement COVID-19 protocols, allowing us to proceed with the project while keeping workers safe. Brix includes a main dining room, a cocktail lounge, a bar area, and an outdoor patio.
