Six Oaks
    Bothell, WA
    Mixed-use

The five-story, 203-unit Six Oaks project was the first development to break ground on the former Northshore School District property in downtown Bothell. The collaboration of local government and the private sector is transforming Bothell into a pedestrian oriented community that incorporates residential, retail, office and park amenities, as well as nearby access to the UW Bothell and Cascadia Community College, Interstate 405, state highways and public transit.

W.G. Clark was an active participant in the preconstruction planning process, this being our third project with the Main Street Property Group and their design team. Our approach was to work together in partnership to provide value while ensuring features both appealed to potential tenants and stayed within the owner’s project’s budget. The project was named for the six oak trees that were preserved as part of the project design. Other oak trees were removed, and wood was milled from those trees and incorporated into paneling installed in common areas. Six Oaks has a three-star Built Green rating and features 34 different floor plans, high end finishes, a large 24/7 fitness center, a regulation-size bocce ball court, a sustainable rain garden, a residents’ lounge, and fireside courtyard.
