Dunn Automotive

    Mixed-use

Construction of the Dunn Automotive project, located in the dense Pike-Pine corridor, conserved the façade of the existing Dunn Automotive structure while adding a new mixed-use building with over 100,000 SF of commercial and residential space. The project includes parking on two levels to accommodate 61 vehicles and 31 spaces for bicycles.

The existing 1925 façade of cast stone was incorporated into the building and adapted for reuse at the commercial street level and second floor office space, overlooking East Pike. New cast stone cladding was used on the new six-floor structure to attractively complement and blend with the historic base of the building and the surrounding neighborhood. The building also includes finishes and materials that replicate the sandstone of the existing façade and the pattern of the existing historic classical window ornamentation.

The residential portion of the building includes balconies and garden terraces at many units. Residents can also take advantage of a rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities, gardens and seating, along with a fitness center and complimentary Wi-FI in common areas.
