The Carter, located adjacent to Dudley Carter Park, features a mix of apartments and live/work spaces. Many handsome features have been incorporated into the project, including a two-story lobby with solid wood stairs with steel accents and custom wood panels, and a two-story indoor/outdoor clubroom connected to The Heartwood, a large interior courtyard and lounge with a community firepit.

The Rook is an urban forest rooftop gathering area overlooking a protected Heron rookery and the Sammamish River. Other project elements include a demonstration-style kitchen with a large dining room table and fireplace, a game room, To The Core fitness facility, media lounge, coffee bar, bike storage, and conference/meeting space.
