Residents at the Columbia Lutheran Home skilled nursing facility are now enjoying a new 2,400 SF, two-story dining room addition with artwork and feature walls. Also part of the project were a new exterior patio with retaining walls, landscaping, pathway lighting, flag pole, and secure fencing, along with a handsome new water feature.

A new design/built HVAC and distribution system and new electrical service were added to feed the dining rooms, nurse call system, and fire alarm, all integrated to work seamlessly with the existing building infrastructure and systems. The new structure was also tied into the existing structure.
