Terrapin Apartments is an eight-story affordable housing development in Bellevue that adds 172 homes for residents earning 50% to 80% of area median income.

Located in a dense urban setting, the project had a single access point through an alley, making logistics and site coordination central to construction. Deliveries, equipment movement, trade access, and daily operations required careful planning to keep work progressing safely within the constrained site.

The development also includes structured parking with car stacker stalls, maximizing the use of limited space. Through disciplined sequencing and close coordination, the team delivered much-needed affordable housing near jobs, transit, and community amenities on the Eastside.
