The project adds much-needed housing near jobs, transit, and community amenities in one of the region’s most competitive housing markets.

The development includes structured parking with car stacker stalls, supporting an efficient site layout in a dense urban setting. Developed with support from Amazon, WSHFC, and ARCH, Terrapin reflects a collaborative effort to expand access to affordable housing on the Eastside.
