North End Lofts is a seven-story mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho, and marks W.G. Clark’s first completed project in the state. Located at 16th and State, the project brings new housing and active ground-floor uses to Boise’s North End neighborhood.
The building includes 104 residential units, including 38 affordable units, along with two levels of above-grade parking and five levels of wood-framed residential construction. The project was designed to support a range of residents while contributing to the continued growth and vitality of the surrounding neighborhood.
As W.G. Clark’s first Idaho build, North End Lofts represents an important milestone in the company’s regional expansion. The project reflects our team’s ability to bring collaborative project delivery, thoughtful coordination, and quality execution to new markets while maintaining the relationship-focused approach that defines our work.
