Highlander is a 121-unit, 84,883-square-foot renovation and repositioning project in Seattle’s Pinehurst neighborhood. Scope varied unit by unit, requiring flexible sequencing, continuous field verification, and careful coordination across multiple scopes running in parallel. Work ranged from light refreshes to full renovations, demanding consistent quality while navigating changing conditions typical of existing buildings.

Through coordinated planning and disciplined execution, the team maintained steady progress across repeat work that was never truly repetitive, adapting workflows as conditions were uncovered while keeping production moving. At the Owner’s request, the team also phased turnover to accommodate early move-ins ahead of full project completion, balancing resident access with ongoing renovation activities and closeout work.
