Pier 57 Crab Pot
    and Salmon Cooker
    Seattle, WA
    Renovation

This project involved the simultaneous completion of two restaurant areas at Pier 57, working over a marine environment adjacent to Seattle’s seawall project. At the Crab Pot, a 1,150 SF extension of the existing restaurant added more seating. The 2,000 SF Salmon Cooker was completely renovated.

Log siding and bead board paneling were used throughout both restaurants and were sandblasted and stained to achieve an appearance in keeping with the other historic finishes at Bay Pavilion. At the Salmon Cooker, logs weighing over a ton each were brought in to create structural members. Custom skylights and glossy stained concrete floors also enhance the new spaces.
