    Student housing is a key element in a student’s overall experience of the University. Elm Hall is a highly praised, resident housing facility that provides fitness centers, yoga rooms, music studios, media lounges and amenities including a gourmet restaurant. “Cultivate” is a healthy approach, dining facility that upgrades traditional food service and further contributes to the wellness and nutrition of a healthy student population. The Elm Hall project was recognized for construction excellence by the AGC of Washington in its 2013 Build Washington Awards, winning in the category of public building projects between $25 and $50 million.
