The two-level Masins furniture store is located within the Masins on Main mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue. The double-height entry area includes a welcoming gas fireplace with a cast stone surround. The custom-built feature staircase leads to a series of showrooms, where multiple floor finishes and carpet are used to enhance the style of furniture being featured in each. We coordinated the work closely with the City of Bellevue to ensure the store could be turned over to Masins Furniture and meet their move-in schedule, which preceded the completion of the rest of the building.
