Except for street-level retail, this historic Pioneer Square building sat empty for 40 years. We removed the roof to add structural framing for new penthouses and reused old growth trim to finish floors throughout project. Crushed glass cullet served as fill for the sub-basement parking area, and we salvaged a vintage safe and one-of-a-kind stained glass radius window that sat concealed in a wall for decades.
