On-site discretion was critical at this former warehouse until the new high-profile tenant, Elliott Bay Books, officially announced their plan to relocate from Pioneer Square to Capitol Hill. This fast track project required seismic reinforcement – to stay on schedule we self-performed this work and the unique wood-frame storefront that brings authentic vintage character to the space. Die hard Elliott Bay Book fans, initially concerned over the move, shouted their approval across the Internet.
