W.G. Clark transformed an existing 1950s era building into a new 8,000 SF retail facility for Acme Construction Supply. Following interior demolition to create a clean interior shell, the space was separated into warehouse and showroom areas.

A new water main, heating systems, new interior and exterior lighting, and overhead warehouse doors to accommodate fork lift access were added, along with ADA upgrades, including a new ramp and ADA-compliant bathrooms. Space for a new showroom was also created.
